The journey toward wellness moves us beyond physical exercise to consider spiritual practices serving to discipline the mind. I’m learning that my ability to attentively consider the many facets of wellness opens my mind, spirit, and physical body to realms that have, dare I say, been neglected. Doing these daily videos in some strange way is directing my attention to various aspects of wellness and things I want to grow more intentional about.
